Get Inclusive aims to create more inclusive communities.  We do this through raising awareness, offering courses and creating opportunities for self-reflection.  We also facilitate an organization’s ability to achieve their compliance goals.  We require everyone who is using this website and any of our course materials (online or offline) to agree to and follow these rules:


  • Log into the site/course using someone else’s information or impersonating someone else
  • Access the course on someone else’s behalf
  • Sharing information obtained about someone else, e.g. someone else’s account without their knowledge and permission
  • Tampering with the certificates

You also aren’t allowed to:

  1. Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on these lists
  2. Damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, or data, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or cancelbots
  3. Access, tamper with or use non-public areas of Get Inclusive, our systems or our technical providers’ systems (using altered headers, forged packets, etc.)
  4. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a System or to breach any security or authentication measures
  5. Break or circumvent our security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of our systems or networks or attempt to reverse engineer anything
  6. Use any method to access, search, scrape, download or change Get Inclusive’s website or anything on it
  7. Use, copy, or create archives of Get Inclusive’s content outside of the Learning Management system provided by Get Inclusive
  8. Use the Get Inclusive name, logo, trademark or branding without our consent
  9. Do anything that violates applicable law or regulations, including The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), The
  10. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and other applicable Federal, State or Local laws
  11. Share your access information, password, or personalized links to let others access your account or do anything that might put your account at risk or disclose information about yourself or others
  12. Sell your username or otherwise transfer it for compensation

We reserve the right to revoke access to account holders who violate any of these policies.
